Lighter massage strokes and joint
mobilizations relax and rejuvenate the body
mind and soul through affecting the nerves,
muscles, glands, and circulation. All promoting

Myofascial Massage
Deeper strokes involving stretching,
friction, and trigger-point therapy help remove
adhesions in the fascia and muscle tissue. All
relieving tension in the body, and promoting
comfort in the mind, body, and soul. $55-$90
